Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days from dispatch (1–2 with Express). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product use

savirro™ Instant Dye Shampoo is a cosmetic hair colour product for external use only. Always perform a patch test 48 hours before use, follow the instructions supplied, avoid contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Guarantee & liability

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, savirro™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on savirro.com — including product images, copy, and the savirro™ mark — is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
